CAILabs’ light converters based on MPLC and adapted from the PROTEUS multiplexers provides full control of the output amplitude and phase profiles of your output beam. Moreover, the PROTEUS-based light converter has the ability to combine, separate and reshape multiple orthogonal modes simultaneously.
The amplitude and phase profile of the input and output modes are completely defined by the customer, depending on the application. The inputs and outputs can be in free space or coupled into fibers. Hybrid systems are also possible. The beam converter can be operated for any wavelength (or combination of wavelengths) in the range 400nm – 1700nm.
