En effet, un grand nombre de composants n\u00e9cessaires au fonctionnement des batteries sont en cuivre et doivent \u00eatre soud\u00e9s entre eux. Par exemple, les <strong>busbars <\/strong>sont des pi\u00e8ces de cuivre ou en aluminium qui doivent \u00eatre soud\u00e9es afin <strong>d\u2019assurer le passage de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 <\/strong>d\u2019un composant \u00e0 l\u2019autre (typiquement batterie, -moteur\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La probl\u00e9matique<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif de l\u2019\u00e9tude consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des essais de soudage laser <strong>d\u2019\u00e9chantillons de cuivre par transparence<\/strong> sur plusieurs configurations avec un <strong>jeu inter-t\u00f4le variable <\/strong>pour <strong>\u00e9valuer le jeu maximal admissible <\/strong>pour trois configurations optiques et ainsi <strong>d\u00e9terminer la solution la plus pertinente <\/strong>pour g\u00e9rer ce probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution CANUNDA-HP<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CANUNDA-HP pour le soudage du cuivre <\/strong>d\u00e9livre un faisceau compos\u00e9 <strong>d\u2019un spot intense entour\u00e9 d\u2019un anneau<\/strong>, id\u00e9al pour le soudage du cuivre. Il est configur\u00e9 pour d\u00e9livrer <strong>un anneau de 400 \u03bcm<\/strong> de diam\u00e8tre et <strong>un spot central de 100 \u03bcm<\/strong> de diam\u00e8tre (70% de l\u2019\u00e9nergie dans le spot central et 30% dans l\u2019anneau).
