Pionnier des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s laser innovants, il \u00e9tudie notamment l\u2019utilisation des&nbsp;<strong>lasers \u00ab ultra brefs \u00bb pour le traitement du verre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019application<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lasers ultra-courts en particulier femtosecondes sont un axe important d\u2019innovation pour les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de&nbsp;<strong>d\u00e9coupe du verre<\/strong>. La recherche dans ce domaine est port\u00e9e par le d\u00e9veloppement des march\u00e9s des \u00e9crans tactiles et des semi-conducteurs ainsi que pour les produits de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration tels que les smartphones pliables et les \u00e9crans incurv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La probl\u00e9matique<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de maximiser vitesse, pr\u00e9cision et efficacit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de d\u00e9coupe laser du verre, LZH recherche une technologie de mise en forme de faisceau capable de&nbsp;<strong>produire des faisceaux de Bessel de haute qualit\u00e9, tout en g\u00e9rant des impulsions femtosecondes \u00e0 haute \u00e9nergie<\/strong>&nbsp;avec une stabilit\u00e9 suffisante pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e avec un&nbsp;<strong>scanner galvanom\u00e9trique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution CANUNDA-AXICON<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La solution d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Cailabs est CANUNDA-AXICON, un&nbsp;<strong>axicon hors axe r\u00e9flectif<\/strong>. Les axicons r\u00e9flectifs produisent des faisceaux de Bessel similairement aux axicons transparents, mais de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9flective avec un \u00e9clairage hors axe. La conception r\u00e9flective distingue cet axicon des axicons conventionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il peut&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des impulsions d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de puissances moyennes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/strong>, ce qui le rend appropri\u00e9 pour l\u2019usinage de mat\u00e9riaux. Il permet aussi d\u2019\u00e9viter les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes ind\u00e9sirables tels que la dispersion chromatique, les aberrations chromatiques et les shifts de focalisation, ce qui en fait une&nbsp;<strong>solution stable et robuste<\/strong>&nbsp;pour produire des faisceaux de Bessel avec des impulsions ultra-courtes. Cette stabilit\u00e9 remarquable permet \u00e0&nbsp;CANUNDA-AXICON&nbsp;d\u2019\u00eatre compatible avec les scanners standards de l\u2019industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, la pr\u00e9cision de fabrication d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Cailabs permet d\u2019obtenir un faisceau de Bessel de meilleure qualit\u00e9 que les axicons conventionnels, avec une distribution d\u2019intensit\u00e9
