Un enjeu important de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est&nbsp;<strong>d\u2019augmenter la vitesse de soudage tout en am\u00e9liorant la qualit\u00e9<\/strong>, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une mise en forme de faisceau homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution CANUNDA-PULSE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/en\/product\/canunda-pulse\/\">CANUNDA-PULSE<\/a>&nbsp;est un module de mise en forme top-hat de haute qualit\u00e9. De conception enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9flective gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie MPLC, il est sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9sister aux&nbsp;<strong>impulsions laser femtosecondes hautement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong>&nbsp;avec une remarquable&nbsp;<strong>stabilit\u00e9<\/strong>. Afin de garantir un&nbsp;<strong>fonctionnement m\u00eame face \u00e0 des instabilit\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;de la source laser, la fonctionnalit\u00e9 filtrage de modes est impl\u00e9ment\u00e9e sur le module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cNous d\u00e9veloppons des machines laser uniques qui permettent de r\u00e9aliser toutes les \u00e9tapes de fabrication des puces micro-fluidiques \u00e0 la suite. Avec la mise en forme du faisceau laser nous cherchions une am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de la soudure, ce qui a bien \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas.
