Au travers de travaux de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement, il a pour objectif de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des ressources technologiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019application<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Le&nbsp;soudage laser&nbsp;consiste \u00e0 assembler plusieurs pi\u00e8ces, la plupart du temps m\u00e9talliques, gr\u00e2ce la chaleur apport\u00e9e par un laser continu \u00e0 haute-puissance qui met en fusion la mati\u00e8re pour former le bain de fusion. Lors du refroidissement de ce bain de fusion, les pi\u00e8ces deviennent solidaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La probl\u00e9matique<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des grands d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage laser standard dans l\u2019industrie automobile est l\u2019<strong>assemblage de pi\u00e8ces avec du jeu<\/strong>, en particulier de&nbsp;<strong>pi\u00e8ces tubulaires<\/strong>&nbsp;assembl\u00e9es par embo\u00eetement.
