Il \u00e9tudie, d\u00e9veloppe et caract\u00e9rise, entre autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, la fonctionnalisation de surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019application<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>fonctionnalisation<\/strong> ou<strong> texturation de surface <\/strong>par laser permet de donner de nouvelles propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des micro ou nano structures avec un faisceau laser. Par exemple, il est possible de donner \u00e0 une surface des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s hydrophobes, hydrophiles, antibact\u00e9riennes ou encore de pi\u00e8ge \u00e0 lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La probl\u00e9matique<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>ALPhANOV souhaite ouvrir la voie \u00e0 une utilisation industrielle du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de LIPSS (Laser Induced Periodic Surface Structures), qui permet notamment de conf\u00e9rer des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de pi\u00e8ge \u00e0 lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 la surface usin\u00e9e. Cette industrialisation passe par l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une technologie de mise en forme de faisceau compatible avec des lasers femtosecondes permettant d\u2019optimiser la d\u00e9position d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution CANUNDA-PULSE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>CANUNDA-PULSE&nbsp;est un&nbsp;<strong>module de mise en forme top-hat de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/strong>&nbsp;De conception enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9flective gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie MPLC, il est sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7u pour&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9sister aux impulsions laser femtosecondes hautement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong>&nbsp;avec une remarquable stabilit\u00e9.
