En effet, un grand nombre de composants n\u00e9cessaires au fonctionnement des batteries sont en cuivre et doivent \u00eatre soud\u00e9s entre eux. Par exemple, les&nbsp;<strong>busbars<\/strong>&nbsp;sont des pi\u00e8ces de cuivre qui doivent \u00eatre soud\u00e9es afin d\u2019<strong>assurer le passage de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;d\u2019un composant \u00e0 l\u2019autre (typiquement batterie, moteur, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La probl\u00e9matique<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Institut Maupertuis souhaite une technologie de mise en forme sur mesure permettant une&nbsp;<strong>qualit\u00e9 de soudure du cuivre optimale<\/strong>. On cherche \u00e0 travers ces essais \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la configuration optique de la t\u00eate la plus pertinente d\u2019un point de vue process et \u00e0 montrer l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de cette solution par rapport aux solutions concurrentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution&nbsp;CANUNDA-HP<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00eate&nbsp;<strong>CANUNDA-HP Custom<\/strong>&nbsp;d\u00e9livre un faisceau compos\u00e9 d\u2019un&nbsp;<strong>spot intense entour\u00e9 d\u2019un anneau<\/strong>, id\u00e9al pour le soudage du cuivre. De conception toute r\u00e9flective, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie MPLC, avec un refroidissement optimal des optiques, elle permet de&nbsp;<strong>g\u00e9rer les hautes puissances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9gration industrielle de la t\u00eate laser CANUNDA-HP Custom<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00eate CANUNDA-HP Custom a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e dans les locaux de l\u2019Institut Maupertuis pour la r\u00e9alisation de soudures sur des&nbsp;<strong>\u00e9chantillons de cuivre Cu ETP de 10 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, avec un apport de gaz de protection Argon<\/strong>. Une matrice d\u2019essais 5 \u00d7 5 (cinq valeurs de puissance et cinq valeurs de vitesse robot), pour chacune des quatre configurations optiques (voir tableaux), permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer la configuration optimale. Les crit\u00e8res sont la stabilit\u00e9 et\/ou la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration des cordons. La t\u00eate est inclin\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter l\u2019endommagement des \u00e9quipements par les r\u00e9flexions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained Anneau = 500 \u00b5m<\/strong>, focale collimation = 200 mm, focale focalisation = 250 mm, c\u2019est la seule qui donne 100% de cordons conformes pour des p\u00e9n\u00e9trations comprises entre 0,4
