Si le rev\u00eatement n\u2019est pas transparent au laser, la filamentation ne fonctionnera pas. La m\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e par Coherent consiste \u00e0 placer l\u2019\u00e9chantillon face rev\u00eatue vers le bas et \u00e0 effectuer la filamentation \u00e0 travers la face transparente non rev\u00eatue. L\u2019avantage est qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un processus en une seule \u00e9tape, mais le probl\u00e8me est que le faisceau laser de filamentation va ablater et endommager le rev\u00eatement sur la face inf\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution CANUNDA-AXICON Z-FLAT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>CANUNDA-AXICON Z-FLAT&nbsp;est un module de mise en forme permettant de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un&nbsp;<strong>faisceau de Bessel sur mesure<\/strong>. L\u2019ablation sur une largeur de seulement 22 \u00b5m a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CANUNDA-AXICON Z-FLAT a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 un faisceau de Bessel sur mesure, homog\u00e8ne selon sa direction de propagation. L\u2019angle \u00e9quivalent avec un axicon standard est de&nbsp;<strong>0,25\u00b0<\/strong>. Le faisceau de Bessel g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 a un&nbsp;<strong>diam\u00e8tre de 25 \u00b5m et une longueur de 300 mm<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 mi-hauteur selon la propagation.
