L\u2019utilisation d\u2019un laser \u00e0 impulsions ultra-courtes permet une grande am\u00e9lioration de ces proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et rencontre donc un int\u00e9r\u00eat grandissant aupr\u00e8s des industriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La probl\u00e9matique<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NCLA souhaite d\u00e9velopper des solutions permettant&nbsp;<strong>d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le rendement des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de micro-per\u00e7age et de micro-usinage de surface par laser ultra-court.<\/strong>&nbsp;L\u2019usinage en parall\u00e8le est une des solutions les plus prometteuses mais n\u00e9cessite une technologie de division de faisceaux compatible avec ces lasers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution CANUNDA-SPLIT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CANUNDA-SPLIT&nbsp;est un module de division de faisceau permettant d\u2019effectuer un usinage en parall\u00e8le. De conception enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9flective, ce module est compatible avec les impulsions femtosecondes \u00e0 haute \u00e9nergie. CANUNDA-SPLIT permet de choisir entre diff\u00e9rents motifs de division de faisceau (nombre de spots, \u2026). Enfin, son int\u00e9gration machine simplifi\u00e9e en fait une solution adapt\u00e9e aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">Int\u00e9gration industrielle du module CANUNDA-SPLIT<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">CANUNDA-SPLIT a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans les locaux du NCLA sur un banc optique pour effectuer du micro-per\u00e7age et du micro-usinage de surface sur de l\u2019acier inoxydable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
