Par exemple, les <strong>busbars<\/strong> sont des pi\u00e8ces de cuivre qui doivent \u00eatre soud\u00e9es afin <strong>d\u2019assurer le passage de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/strong> d\u2019un composant \u00e0 l\u2019autre (typiquement batterie-moteur\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La probl\u00e9matique<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019Institut Maupertuis souhaite une technologie de mise en forme sur mesure permettant de <strong>souder des busbars dans des conditions industrielles<\/strong>. De conception toute r\u00e9flective, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie MPLC, avec un refroidissement optimal des optiques, elle permet de <strong>g\u00e9rer les hautes puissances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9gration industrielle de la t\u00eate laser CANUNDA-HP<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La t\u00eate CANUNDA-HP a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e dans les locaux de l\u2019Institut Maupertuis pour la r\u00e9alisation de soudures sur des <strong>\u00e9chantillons de cuivre Cu ETP de 10mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur<\/strong>. Les tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les <strong>conditions test\u00e9es comme optimales (8KW, 6m\/min)<\/strong>, en faisant varier la position du point focal.
