A Cailabs, nous avons voulu savoir comment CANUNDA-HP r\u00e9agissait lorsque la source laser ne respectait pas tout \u00e0 fait les sp\u00e9cifications pr\u00e9conis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9galement, nous avons voulu montrer qu\u2019il \u00e9tait possible de changer les dimensions de l\u2019anneau, via des ajustements mineurs sur le produit standard, afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins industriels divers. Nous pr\u00e9sentons ici des r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux et issus de simulations num\u00e9riques men\u00e9s par nos soins, \u00e0 Cailabs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nb : cet article est le quatri\u00e8me et dernier article de la s\u00e9rie consacr\u00e9e aux&nbsp;proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de soudage laser.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le laser change, la forme obtenue non<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les conditions d\u2019utilisation sont d\u00e9terminantes pour la forme obtenue<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Le module CANUNDA-HP forme un anneau de diam\u00e8tre moyen 800 \u00b5m et d\u2019\u00e9paisseur 200 \u00b5m lorsqu\u2019il est utilis\u00e9 dans ses conditions nominales. Ces param\u00e8tres sont des caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9finies par le type de source laser, et varient d\u2019un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons voulu estimer l\u2019impact de ces param\u00e8tres sur notre syst\u00e8me, c\u2019est pourquoi nous avons s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 quelques lasers, commun\u00e9ment utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019industrie&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trumpf TruDisk 8001&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laser \u00e0 disque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puissance 8 kW<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Longueur d\u2019onde&nbsp;: 1030 nm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ouverture num\u00e9rique&nbsp;: 0.10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BPP (Beam Parameter Product) : 4 mm.rad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diam\u00e8tre fibre d\u2019entr\u00e9e : 100 \u00b5m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coherent-Rofin HighLight FL8000 :&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laser \u00e0 fibre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puissance&nbsp;: 8 kW<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Longueur d\u2019onde&nbsp;: 1070 nm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ouverture num\u00e9rique&nbsp;: 0.2&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BPP (Beam Parameter Product) : 3.3 mm.rad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diam\u00e8tre fibre d\u2019entr\u00e9e&nbsp;: 100 \u00b5m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats de simulation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>En premier lieu, des essais par simulations num\u00e9riques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un programme Python d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Cailabs. Ils permettent de prendre en compte le contenu modal des sources lasers s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es, le diam\u00e8tre et l\u2019ouverture num\u00e9rique de la fibre d\u2019entr\u00e9e, et ainsi d\u2019estimer la forme du faisceau qui serait obtenue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 CANUNDA-HP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est pos\u00e9e en simulant avec les param\u00e8tres nominaux, correspondant au laser Trumpf TruDisk 16002. L\u2019anneau obtenu par simulation \u00e9quivaut bien \u00e0 celui obtenu lors des essais \u00e0 l\u2019Institut Maupertuis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simulation results<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>First, we performed computer simulations using a Python program developed by Cailabs. They took into account the modal content of the selected laser sources, the diameter and numerical aperture of the input fiber, and estimated the beam shape that would be obtained with CANUNDA-HP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The benchmark was set by simulating using the design operating parameters, corresponding to those of the Trumpf TruDisk 16002 laser. On remarque par ailleurs des variations dimensionnelles : le diam\u00e8tre moyen de l\u2019anneau reste identique (proche de 800 \u00b5m) mais son \u00e9paisseur varie l\u00e9g\u00e8rement passant \u00e0 150 \u00b5m avec le TruDisk 8001 et \u00e0 130 \u00b5m avec le Rofin FL8000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour compl\u00e9ter ces r\u00e9sultats de simulation, un protocole exp\u00e9rimental a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019impact d\u2019un changement de fibre sur le syst\u00e8me. Pour ce faire, un connecteur haute puissance d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en interne a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9, et permet l\u2019utilisation de fibres ayant diff\u00e9rentes ouvertures num\u00e9riques et diam\u00e8tres pour les raccorder \u00e0 un module standard CANUNDA-HP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/microsoftteams-image-20-1.webp 1x, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/microsoftteams-image-20-1@2x.webp 2x\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"326\" height=\"191\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/microsoftteams-image-20-1.webp\" alt=\"Microsoftteams Image 20 1\" class=\"wp-image-8424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/microsoftteams-image-20-1.webp 326w, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/microsoftteams-image-20-1-300x176.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 326px) 100vw, 326px\" \/><\/picture><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em><em><em>Set-up de mod\u00e9lisation des performances de la t\u00eate pour diff\u00e9rentes fibres d\u2019entr\u00e9e<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux fibres basse puissance \u00e0 saut d\u2019indice avec les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es : diam\u00e8tre 200 \u00b5m et ouverture num\u00e9rique de 0.1 et 0.2. Dans les deux cas, la forme d\u2019anneau est conserv\u00e9e ainsi que le diam\u00e8tre de l\u2019anneau, dont on observe un \u00e9largissement. Une derni\u00e8re fibre, celle du laser Rofin, a \u00e9t\u00e9 connect\u00e9e, ayant une ouverture num\u00e9rique de 0.2 et un diam\u00e8tre de 100 \u00b5m, ce qui a permis de confirmer les r\u00e9sultats de simulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, cette d\u00e9marche exp\u00e9rimentale nous a permis de montrer qu\u2019il est possible de sortir des conditions nominales d\u2019ouverture num\u00e9rique et de diam\u00e8tre de c\u0153ur et d\u2019obtenir de bonnes performances en termes de mise forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adapter la t\u00eate CANUNDA-HP \u00e0 tous les besoins<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de sa configuration nominale qui a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 ses performances pour la soudure avec un laser Trudisk 16002, il est donc bien possible d\u2019utiliser la t\u00eate CANUNDA-HP ring shaper avec d\u2019autres sources, comme le TruDisk 8001 ou le Rofin FL8000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019en est-il de lasers aux caract\u00e9ristiques plus \u00e9loign\u00e9es, tels que des lasers de chez IPG ou Laserline&nbsp;? Par ailleurs, la forme standard ne peut pas n\u00e9cessairement r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 tous les besoins de l\u2019industrie. Alors, quelles sont les possibilit\u00e9s de customisation de la t\u00eate CANUNDA-HP&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il est possible d\u2019adapter la t\u00eate \u00e0 des lasers pr\u00e9sentant des caract\u00e9ristiques plus \u00e9loign\u00e9es&nbsp;: pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 un laser d\u2019ouverture num\u00e9rique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 0.2, il est possible de modifier l\u2019optique de collimation ou d\u2019adapter les dimensions du syst\u00e8me pour permettre le transport du faisceau sans perte de puissance.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il est possible de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des anneaux aux dimensions vari\u00e9es pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 d\u2019autres mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 souder, ou d\u2019autres \u00e9paisseur de t\u00f4les. Par exemple, il est possible de re-concevoir la t\u00eate pour obtenir des anneaux plus petits (200 \u00b5m de diam\u00e8tre, 100 \u00b5m d\u2019\u00e9paisseur) ou plus grands (1 mm de diam\u00e8tre et 200 \u00b5m d\u2019\u00e9paisseur).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il est par ailleurs possible de modifier la derni\u00e8re optique de la t\u00eate, r\u00e9alisant la focalisation du faisceau, pour avoir des distances de travail diff\u00e9rentes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300 mm.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les optiques de mise en forme peuvent aussi \u00eatre modifi\u00e9es pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer d\u2019autres motifs sur demande, telles qu\u2019un spot intense entour\u00e9 d\u2019un anneau pour souder du cuivre typiquement, ou des formes dissym\u00e9triques&nbsp;pour de la d\u00e9coupe par exemple !<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfin, de nombreux accessoires peuvent s\u2019adapter sur la t\u00eate gr\u00e2ce aux interfaces pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 cet effet, tels que des crayons laser pour le positionnement. Cailabs d\u00e9veloppe sa cam\u00e9ra sur l\u2019axe pour permettre le r\u00e9glage de la t\u00eate en amont du process et peut \u00e9galement concevoir sur demande de nombreux outillages tels que des protections gazeuses coaxiales ou lat\u00e9rales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article cl\u00f4ture la s\u00e9rie sur le soudage laser, elle a d\u2019abord&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/fr\/blog\/procedes-laser-industriels\/pourquoi-devriez-vous-choisir-le-mplc-pour-votre-procede-de-soudage-laser\/\">abord\u00e9 les techniques conventionnelles de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/a>, puis s\u2019est concentr\u00e9e sur&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/fr\/blog\/procedes-laser-industriels\/soudage-laser-quelles-solutions-pour-repondre-aux-challenges-de-lindustrie\/\">le laser et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la mise en forme du faisceau pour booster ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9<\/a>. Ensuite des arguments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 avanc\u00e9s pour d\u00e9montrer&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/fr\/blog\/procedes-laser-industriels\/pourquoi-devriez-vous-choisir-le-mplc-pour-votre-procede-de-soudage-laser\/\">la pertinence de la technologie propos\u00e9e par Cailabs, le MPLC<\/a>, en comparaison avec d\u2019autres solutions pour le soudage laser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le module CANUNDA-HP permet donc d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 et le rendement du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 dans un contexte industriel.
