Quelles sont les possibilit\u00e9s des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs d\u2019OAM sur le march\u00e9 ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cailabs.com\/qu-est-ce-qu-une-onde-a-oam-et-quelles-sont-ses-proprietes\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dans un premier article<\/a>, nous nous sommes int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 ce qu\u2019\u00e9tait une onde \u00e0 OAM (Orbital Angular Momentum) et \u00e0 ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. Le pr\u00e9sent article s\u2019attelle d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 la description et \u00e0 la comparaison des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs d\u2019OAM disponibles aujourd\u2019hui sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, la m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 modifier la forme d\u2019un faisceau gaussien en lui appliquant un objet de phase en forme d\u2019h\u00e9lice. Elle consiste \u00e0 transformer un faisceau gaussien Hermite Gauss (HG) en entr\u00e9e en le d\u00e9composant pour former des modes Laguerre Gauss (LG) \u00e0 l\u2019aide de deux lentilles cylindriques. Cette lame de phase en spirale a la capacit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un faisceau vortex dont la forme et les caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9pendent directement de la forme de la lame de phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus l\u2019on souhaite une charge topologique \u00e9lev\u00e9e (i.e. un nombre d\u2019h\u00e9lice \u00e9lev\u00e9), plus la diff\u00e9rence de hauteur entre le d\u00e9but et la fin de la spire sera \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Cette figure d\u2019interf\u00e9rences est appel\u00e9e un hologramme. La repr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un hologramme de phase imprim\u00e9 sur un support transparent, permettant de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer l\u2019OAM d\u2019une onde peut \u00eatre vu comme un hologramme ayant la forme d\u2019une \u00ab fourchette \u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La qualit\u00e9 des OAM form\u00e9s par ce type d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment est correcte lors de la formation d\u2019OAM de petit ordre mais cette qualit\u00e9 de faisceau a tendance \u00e0 fortement se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer pour des OAM de plus grand ordre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, l\u2019ordre du faisceau est directement proportionnel \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence des interf\u00e9rences. Il en d\u00e9coule donc une limite li\u00e9e \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019imprimer des hologrammes tr\u00e8s fins et r\u00e9solus. Des recherches ont montr\u00e9 la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019un m\u00e9tamat\u00e9riau ultrafin \u00e0 changer la phase d\u2019un faisceau incident pour obtenir une OAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les travaux sur les m\u00e9tamat\u00e9riaux sont relativement nouveaux pour cette technologie qui n\u2019est pas suffisamment m\u00fbre. De plus, chaque m\u00e9tamat\u00e9riau n\u2019est capable de cr\u00e9er qu\u2019une seule onde \u00e0 OAM ce qui limite les possibilit\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me pour le multiplexage d\u2019OAM. Enfin, sa structure d\u00e9vie le faisceau d\u2019entr\u00e9e ce qui rend son int\u00e9gration non triviale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Spatial Light Modulator:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/slm-1-1024x509.webp 1x, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/slm-1-1024x509@2x.webp 2x\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"509\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/slm-1-1024x509.webp\" alt=\"Slm 1\" class=\"wp-image-8479\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/slm-1-1024x509.webp 1024w, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/slm-1-300x149.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/slm-1-768x382.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/slm-1-1536x763.webp 1536w, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/slm-1.webp 2007w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/picture><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compos\u00e9 d\u2019une matrice pixelis\u00e9e de cristaux liquides, les mol\u00e9cules la composant peuvent \u00eatre programm\u00e9es pour modifier les param\u00e8tres du faisceau incident y compris sa phase pour cr\u00e9er un faisceau twist\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le SLM est ainsi capable de se comporter \u00e0 la fois comme un hologramme de phase en spirale et en fourchette pour former des OAM de diff\u00e9rentes configurations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malheureusement, ce type d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment optique n\u2019est pas capable de r\u00e9sister aux lasers de fortes puissances. De plus, il n\u00e9cessite un pilotage via ordinateur et ne constitue pas une technologie passive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q-plates:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/q-plate-1.webp 1x, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/q-plate-1@2x.webp 2x\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1012\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/q-plate-1.webp\" alt=\"Q Plate 1\" class=\"wp-image-8477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/q-plate-1.webp 1012w, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/q-plate-1-300x128.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/q-plate-1-768x329.webp 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1012px) 100vw, 1012px\" \/><\/picture><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00ab Q-plates \u00bb, comme les SLM sont compos\u00e9s d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau anisotrope qui, comme les lames de phases, est capable de transformer un faisceau gaussien polaris\u00e9 circulairement en un faisceau twist\u00e9 porteur d\u2019une OAM.&nbsp; Les avantages technologiques des Q-plates sont leurs forts rendements de conversion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, elles ne d\u00e9vient pas le faisceau incident par rapport aux m\u00e9thodes holographiques et elles peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans une large gamme de fr\u00e9quences. Il est capable, avec peu de pertes, de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer plusieurs faisceaux OAM, y compris \u00e0 de fortes puissantes, par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de r\u00e9flexion sur des surfaces structur\u00e9es suivies de propagation en espace libre. Il permet aussi de faire du multiplexage spatial de mode (SDM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par l\u2019injection de N entr\u00e9es vers une sortie constitu\u00e9e de N modes, l\u2019information peut ensuite \u00eatre d\u00e9cod\u00e9e par un syst\u00e8me invers\u00e9 d\u00e9multiplexant l\u2019information en sortie.
