Leur transformation doit \u00eatre conduite avec la plus grande fiabilit\u00e9 et prudence. Dans ce cadre, Cailabs vient d\u2019obtenir la labellisation UAF (\u00ab Utilis\u00e9 par les Arm\u00e9es Fran\u00e7aises \u00bb) pour sa solution innovante AROONA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full\"><picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-52.webp 1x, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-52@2x.webp 2x\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"139\" height=\"139\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-52.png\" alt=\"Image 52\" class=\"wp-image-7066\"\/><\/picture><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2018, le label \u00ab\u202fUtilis\u00e9 par les arm\u00e9es fran\u00e7aises\u202f\u00bb est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re des Arm\u00e9es. Il atteste de la mise en service, au sein des arm\u00e9es fran\u00e7aises, d\u2019un mat\u00e9riel commercialis\u00e9 par une PME ou une ETI. Il concerne principalement les mat\u00e9riels acquis par les arm\u00e9es au terme d\u2019un march\u00e9 de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et dont l\u2019utilisation par les arm\u00e9es fran\u00e7aises constitue de mani\u00e8re \u00e9vidente une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article vous explique, au travers d&rsquo;un cas d\u2019usage concret, comment la solution AROONA devient un outil crucial de la transition num\u00e9rique des sites militaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/visuel-1-1.webp 1x, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/visuel-1-1@2x.webp 2x\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"926\" height=\"514\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/visuel-1-1.webp\" alt=\"Visuel 1 1\" class=\"wp-image-8340\" style=\"width:688px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/visuel-1-1.webp 926w, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/visuel-1-1-300x167.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/visuel-1-1-768x426.webp 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 926px) 100vw, 926px\" \/><\/picture><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Comment un composant \u00e0 peine plus grand qu\u2019une pi\u00e8ce de 2\u20ac peut- il<\/em> <em>p\u00e9renniser une infrastructure de c\u00e2blage vieillissante ?<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au c\u0153ur de la transformation num\u00e9rique des arm\u00e9es<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est dans un contexte de modernisation des syst\u00e8mes de communications et suite \u00e0 un travail avec la DIRISI (direction interarm\u00e9es des r\u00e9seaux d\u2019infrastructure et de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019informations) pour la mise \u00e0 niveau d\u2019infrastructures de c\u00e2blage optique multimode de sites militaires fran\u00e7ais, que la solution AROONA a pu obtenir la labellisation UAF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La DIRISI est un service interarm\u00e9es assurant le r\u00f4le d\u2019op\u00e9rateur unique des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information de de communication de la D\u00e9fense. Ses responsabilit\u00e9s couvrent notamment les infrastructures r\u00e9seaux et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information. La DIRISI s\u2019efforce d\u2019offrir \u00e0 ses usagers les meilleurs outils et services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En interrogeant les besoins des utilisateurs, la notion de mont\u00e9e en d\u00e9bit est revenue r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, d\u00e9montrant un r\u00e9el besoin au sein des r\u00e9seaux locaux et de l\u2019intranet du Minist\u00e8re des Arm\u00e9es (INTRADEF). Le constat est sans appel, la transformation num\u00e9rique de l\u2019arm\u00e9e est n\u00e9cessaire pour assurer la combinaison de l\u2019ultra-mobilit\u00e9 et de la transmission massive de donn\u00e9es. Les sciences de l\u2019information et de la communication (SIC) repr\u00e9sentent un v\u00e9ritable levier op\u00e9rationnel ainsi qu\u2019un remarquable amplificateur de performance pour l\u2019arm\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de divers projets de modernisation, la DIRISI doit veiller plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 soutenir une dynamique de modernisation permanente, avec une logique de maitrise de bout en bout et de p\u00e9rennisation, des SIC d\u2019infrastructure. C\u2019est dans ce contexte que se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es les d\u00e9ploiements de la solution AROONA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, la DIRISI change actuellement en profondeur ses pratiques num\u00e9riques. Toutefois, les r\u00e9seaux locaux militaires majoritairement c\u00e2bl\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque en fibre multimode (OM1 -62.5\/125 \u00b5m ou OM2 \u2013 50\/125 \u00b5m) sont vieillissants et limit\u00e9s en bande passante. Les infrastructures de c\u00e2blage sont donc en plein c\u0153ur de cette transition num\u00e9rique et doivent d\u00e9sormais transporter des d\u00e9bits de 10 Gb\/s ou plus pour supporter ces nouveaux services num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience plus que positif<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La DIRISI a ainsi men\u00e9 d\u00e8s 2016 des exp\u00e9rimentations terrains pour tester les capacit\u00e9s des technologies optiques innovantes contenues dans la solution AROONA. La solution a pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s les diff\u00e9rentes phases de tests pour ensuite \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re plus globale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pouvons citer ici comme exemple r\u00e9cent, une remise \u00e0 niveau de l\u2019infrastructure de c\u00e2blage optique multimode d\u2019une&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/etude-de-cas\/base-militaire-france\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">base militaire<\/a>, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 5 jours \u00e0 deux techniciens. Sur ce site pr\u00e9sentant une architecture r\u00e9seau classique en topologie \u00e9toile, 19 b\u00e2timents distants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette augmentation de d\u00e9bit \u00e0 10 Gb\/s. Au total, 14 AROONA-STAR ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble de la base afin d\u2019augmenter la bande passante de 40 liaisons optiques multimodes comprises entre 600 et 1850 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019utilisation de la solution AROONA a \u00e9galement permis de supprimer des \u00e9quipements actifs interm\u00e9diaires qui \u00e9taient sources de co\u00fbts et de pannes. Les utilisateurs de ce r\u00e9giment ont pu constater imm\u00e9diatement les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques de cette installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un militaire de la base d\u00e9clare : \u201c<em>Cette installation de la solution AROONA, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e rapidement et sans contrainte, m\u2019a permis de mesurer une nette am\u00e9lioration en termes de fluidit\u00e9 r\u00e9seau, en particulier pour les navigations INTRADEF et nos applications m\u00e9tiers<\/em>\u201d. Un autre utilisateur poursuit : \u201c<em>Le r\u00e9seau fonctionne plus rapidement !\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au vu de la topologie du site et de l\u2019indisponibilit\u00e9 des fourreaux de c\u00e2bles, la solution traditionnelle de rec\u00e2blage aurait entrain\u00e9 une complexit\u00e9 et un co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9, notamment li\u00e9s \u00e0 un besoin de g\u00e9nie civil. L\u2019utilisation de la solution AROONA a permis une \u00e9conomie financi\u00e8re significative. Ce projet, conduit en mode agile \u00e0 partir d\u2019une initiative de la direction locale, illustre les nouveaux outils que la DIRISI propose dans le cadre de sa transformation : une innovation efficace, simple d\u2019installation et d\u2019utilisation, et qui r\u00e9pond aux attentes des utilisateurs. Le partenariat DIRISI-Cailabs avait notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en novembre 2018 lors du Forum National Innovation D\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9valuations de la technologie, des phases d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation concluantes et des retours d\u2019exp\u00e9riences positifs, le minist\u00e8re des Arm\u00e9es et la DIRISI poursuivent d\u00e9sormais leur d\u00e9marche de transformation num\u00e9rique en proposant l\u2019utilisation de la solution innovante AROONA pour p\u00e9renniser les infrastructures de c\u00e2blage des r\u00e9seaux militaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cailabs est tr\u00e8s fi\u00e8re d\u2019obtenir cette labellisation qui s\u2019ajoute aux nombreux prix d\u2019innovation nationaux et internationaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenus pour AROONA. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette distinction, AROONA renforce sa position de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent sur le march\u00e9 du c\u00e2blage structur\u00e9 pour l\u2019upgrade des r\u00e9seaux locaux. C\u2019est une \u00e9tape suppl\u00e9mentaire qui est franchie en termes de cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9. Ceci devrait favoriser un acc\u00e8s plus facile \u00e0 de nouveaux march\u00e9s civils et militaires tant en France qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, les \u00e9quipements AROONA sont actuellement en phase de test et validation dans d\u2019autres pays qui envisagent d\u2019utiliser ce type d\u2019upgrade sur leurs sites militaires pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante de bande passante et ainsi p\u00e9renniser leurs infrastructures existantes. La solution AROONA r\u00e9pond \u00e0 tous ces besoins de mani\u00e8re innovante, efficace, \u00e9conomique et \u00e9cologique.<br><br>En parlant de r\u00e9seaux \u00e9conomiques et \u00e9cologiques, la tendance aujourd\u2019hui est l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation du Passive Optical LAN au sein des campus avec l\u2019utilisation d\u2019architectures et de technologies matures utilis\u00e9es depuis tr\u00e8s longtemps par les op\u00e9rateurs. Ce nouveau type d\u2019infrastructure optique passive au sein des campus promet une r\u00e9duction des investissements de CAPEX et OPEX tout en am\u00e9liorant la capacit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau local et son efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Pour preuve des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices apport\u00e9s pour cette nouvelle approche, le gouvernement am\u00e9ricain a inclus r\u00e9cemment le Passive Optical LAN dans sa strat\u00e9gie de modernisation num\u00e9rique de Minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense (DoD) qui s\u2019\u00e9tale de 2019 \u00e0 2023. Par ailleurs, les r\u00e9centes \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9voient pour les 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es une croissance annuelle &gt;20% pour le Passive Optical LAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fait, le Passive Optical LAN, \u00e7a vous parle ?
