L&rsquo;usinage par laser ultrabref avec un faisceau de Bessel permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, leur rendement et la complexit\u00e9 des d\u00e9coupes possibles telles que le multi-mat\u00e9riau. Mais comment g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un faisceau de Bessel\u202f? Pilot\u00e9s \u00e9lectroniquement, ils permettent d\u2019obtenir une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de mise en forme de faisceaux et sont donc tr\u00e8s utiles, notamment pour la recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils sont cependant en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral tr\u00e8s on\u00e9reux, sensibles aux perturbations des faisceaux laser d\u2019entr\u00e9e, et la qualit\u00e9 de la mise en forme est limit\u00e9e par le nombre de pixels qui le constituent. Disponibles \u00e0 des prix raisonnables, ces composants sont tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandus et sont la m\u00e9thode la plus courante pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des faisceaux de Bessel, tenant m\u00eame \u00e0 haute puissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, la fabrication des axicons transparents ne permet pas de leur donner une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie parfaite&nbsp;: la pointe des axicons pr\u00e9sente toujours une courbure, ce qui va in\u00e9vitablement causer des d\u00e9fauts d\u2019interf\u00e9rences et des oscillations d\u2019\u00e9nergie dans la direction de propagation des faisceaux de Bessel g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s. A leur tour, ces d\u00e9fauts vont induire des impr\u00e9cisions et un usinage non-uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, la nature transparente de ces axicons soumettent les impulsions ultrabr\u00e8ves (notamment femtosecondes) \u00e0 des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes tels que la dispersion temporale et les aberrations chromatiques, qui d\u00e9gradent le faisceau. La pr\u00e9cision de fabrication atteinte pour fabriquer ces axicons est plus importante que pour les axicons transparents conventionnels, ce qui permet d\u2019obtenir des faisceaux de Bessel&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cailabs.com\/etude-de-cas\/femto-st-france\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">de qualit\u00e9 exceptionnelle et plus homog\u00e8nes<\/a>, parfaits pour un usinage de pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, la nature r\u00e9flective de ces composants leur conf\u00e8re la capacit\u00e9 de tenir \u00e0 de hautes \u00e9nergies et de hautes puissances, ainsi que d\u2019\u00e9viter les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de dispersion temporelles et d\u2019aberrations chromatiques.
