Gwenn Pallier – Project & Product Manager at Cailabs
Gwenn Pallier holds a Masters’s degree in optical engineering from the Institute of Optics (Paris, France). As a project and product manager at Cailabs, she brings her expertise to the development and commercialization of innovative optical solutions, that optimize the quality and performance of laser machining processes.

Arndt Hohnholz – Director of the Glass Group at LZH
Arndt graduated with a Master of Science in chemical engineering from RWTH-Aachen University. In 2015, he joined Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. as a PhD student in the Production and Systems Department, focusing on UV laser-based stereo lithography approaches. Since 2018, he has been directing the Glass group within this department, researching laser-based glass processing techniques such as functionalization, cutting, joining and additive manufacturing.

Maik Steinbach – Research associate at LZH
Maik studied at Leibniz Universität Hannover and TU Braunschweig. He has a Master of Science in machine engineering. He started working at LZH as a student in 2017 and wrote his master thesis while working in the Laser Micromachining Group at LZH in late 2018. He is now working on a doctorate degree and is interested in USP lasers, robotics, sensors and AI.
